Job Description
As a Procurement Associate, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s sourcing and purchasing activities. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services
- Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings
- Monitoring inventory levels and keeping track of stock availability
- Working closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborating with logistics teams to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods
