Job Description
As a Key Accounts Agent, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary role will be to build strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of products and services, resolve any issues or concerns, and maximize customer retention. Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
To excel in this role, you need to have a strong sales and customer service background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Prior experience in key account management and familiarity with CRM software are highly desirable.
