Job Description

You know you are the perfect fit if you have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT Governance.
• Knowledge of NPC, AMLA, SEC, NTC, PCI DSS, BSP and other regulations, etc.
• Trained in any of the following standards ITIL, PMBOK, Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, (certification is a plus)
• Trained in Agile ways of working
• Experience in the IT field is a must
• Comfortable with collaborating and negotiating. Keeps an even keel when tensions are high and seeks to understand differing perspectives.
• Passionate about learning and seeks self-improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management
• Analytical and comfortable with numbers
• Knowledge of policy and operating procedures development and maintenance

As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:

Process Improvement

• Designs and presents processes and workflow (AS-IS and TO-BE) and recommends improvements through automation, streamlining, or new procedures.
• Evaluates current processes and identifies potential areas for improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains using best practices

• Performs cascades and training to ensure the impact of changes is well managed.
• Provides reports to show the actual state and health of the process.

Governance

• Lead the internal document approval process for HCPH
• Partner with IT management in delivering plans to meet operational and regulatory obligations through the creation of policies and procedures.
• Supports IT audits conducted by Internal Audit, regulators, clients, and third-party auditors.
• Review independent audit reports, penetration testing reports, vulnerability management reports, etc.
• Draft vendor information risk assessment memos for approval by business owners.
• Clarify IT legislation to the Compliance division where necessary.
