Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Claims Specialist to join our team at Acquire BPO. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently handling insurance claims and ensuring timely resolution for our valued clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing insurance policy coverage and determining the validity of claims
- Investigating and gathering necessary information/documents for claims processing
- Evaluating claim reports, supporting evidence, and conducting interviews if required
- Communicating with clients, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to obtain additional information or clarify details
- Analyzing claim information and making recommendations for settlement
- Documenting claim settlements and processing payments
- Maintaining accurate records of claims and updating relevant databases
- Following company procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulations
The ideal candidate for this position should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You should also have a strong understanding of insurance principles and be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
