Job Description

We are seeking a skilled service technician to provide repairs and services across various industries. As a field service technician, you will attend to customers’ locations to fix machines or equipment that cannot be easily moved. Your expertise in handling problematic equipment and providing efficient solutions will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and respond to telephone inquiries, assisting clients with their queries.
• Install, test, and provide instructions on the proper usage of products, equipment, and machinery to customers.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and evaluate technical issues.
• Repair or order necessary parts to replace defective or worn-out components.
• Promote the company’s exceptional services.
• Update and maintain technical and mechanical skills regularly.

Qualifications:

• Holds a college level or vocational course certificate with technical certification in the relevant industry.
• Has certification in the field of electrical/electronics.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage overtime on service calls with patience and a focus on quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Capable of diagnosing and resolving problems based on non-technical customer descriptions.
• Proficient in using equipment and tools specific to the industry.
• Physically fit to lift heavy equipment and mechanical tools.
