Job Description
We are looking for a self-starter to deliver excellent services to our clients. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, product quality, and adherence to process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide vending machine maintenance services to our sites
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on-site maintenance and technical concerns (training provided)
- Diagnose basic technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Follow all company procedures
- Cooperate with other teams and share information across the organization
Requirements:
- Good moral character
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- English literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts (day or night) and to adapt to changing work schedules
