Job Description
BILINGUAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (ENGLISH/JAPANESE)
We are currently seeking a skilled Bilingual Support Specialist (English/Japanese) to join our team. As a Bilingual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting both English-speaking and Japanese-speaking customers with their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues customers may have
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in customer service or support role
