Job Description
We are currently seeking individuals fluent in both English and Tagalog to join our team as Chat/Email representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and email channels. Responsibilities include:
– Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information
– Assisting customers in resolving any issues or concerns
– Maintaining professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
– Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level expectations
Requirements:
– Fluent in both English and Tagalog
– Excellent written communication skills
