Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Travel Coordinator to join our team. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging travel itineraries and accommodations for our executives and employees, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments to understand travel requirements and preferences, research and book flights, hotels, and transportation, and handle any changes or cancellations as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating rates and managing travel expenses within budget guidelines.

The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial in order to provide accurate travel information and arrangements. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software is a plus.
