Job Description
Send out notices to overdue accounts
Collect payments and post to accounts
Maintain files on the financial status of accounts
Keep track of delinquent accounts
Compile reports on delinquent accounts for management
Ensure issuance of correct billing invoices
Input and capture all information needed for bill generation; maintain logs for all returned invoices
Contact and coordinate with customers concerning their payment inquiries
Record accounts receivable balance and payments
Resolve issues that might arise from events or actions that involve administrative functions, from the sale process to billing of the client
Work closely with Sales, Operation, and other departments to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate billing and payment information
Maintain and update instructions related to billing needs in generating their billing invoice
Maintain official client billing files and keep filing current
Prepare transmittal reports for invoices dispatched for delivery to the client
Assist in providing audit materials during the year-end audit
Maintain the confidentiality of organizational information
Any task/s that may be assigned from time to time
