Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Service Management Lead to join our team. As the ITSM Lead, you will be responsible for managing and improving the IT service management processes within the organization.
Your main duties will include:
- Designing and implementing effective IT service management strategies and frameworks
- Establishing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders
- Leading a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and analyzing service performance metrics, and providing reports to management
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT service management, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
