Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Loan Processor. The Junior Loan Processor will be responsible for assisting in the processing and underwriting of loan applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing loan applications and ensuring all required documents are complete
- Verifying applicant information and conducting preliminary credit checks
- Preparing loan files for submission to the underwriting department
- Assisting in the coordination of loan closings
- Maintaining accurate and organized loan records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in loan processing or related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
