Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat/Email Agent. As a Chat/Email Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support via chat and email channels.
Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints, and providing product information. You will need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively.
To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous customer service experience. Proficiency in written communication and the ability to type quickly and accurately are also required.
