Job Description
Business Requirement – Participates in requirement discussion to understand and document business objectives and detailed user requirements
Technology Projects – Coordinates with vendors for implementation to ensure work is properly performed in accordance with company policy; tracks and document changes for functional and business specifications
Quality Assurance – Assists user acceptance testing on existing and new systems
Support Coordination – With the support from global technology group and vendors, coordinates the troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose application problems
