Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
