Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Client Care Analyst in our Global Client Resolution department.

The Client Care Analyst will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our global clients. They will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client inquiries and resolving issues to achieve client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to investigate and address client concerns
  • Documenting client interactions and updating client profiles
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement in client care processes

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in a client-facing role and knowledge of customer relationship management systems are preferred.
