- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
