Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Credit and Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company’s credit and collections processes.
Your main tasks will include reviewing customer credit applications, analyzing credit data, and making decisions on credit limits. You will also monitor late payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding debts. In addition, you will handle customer inquiries regarding their accounts and work together with other departments to resolve any issues or disputes.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of credit and collections principles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset are also crucial for this position.
