Job Description
UNI-TECH PHILIPPINES INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY, INC. is currently seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
- End to end recruitment process
- Conducts HR Interviews for rank and file roles via phone and zoom meeting
- Manages applicant queue to ensure efficient process flow
- Ensures completion and compliance of pre-employment requirements
- Administers pre-employment exams and assists candidates in filling out application forms
- Sourcing potential applicants for current open positions
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably BSBA Major in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in recruitment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
