Job Description
Qualifications:
- College graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment, specifically within the MCN industry.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates within the digital content creation space.
- Established connections with schools, modeling agencies, and other relevant networks.
- Familiarity with the MCN ecosystem and an existing network within the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of joining our MCN to potential talents.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
