Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to join our organization. Your responsibilities will include identifying staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the entire hiring process.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles
- Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background investigations
- Manage the offer negotiation process and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of current hiring practices and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
