Job Description
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure timely deliveries;
Can carefully evaluate the need of the projects and maintenance items that are being requested.
Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure timely deliveries;
Maintain complete and updated purchasing records/data and pricing;
Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders/documents in accordance with company policies and procedures;
Schedule supplier/store visits to conduct competitor survey;
Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works;
With outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
Exhibits probity and confidentiality in every transaction;
