Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Assessment (MERLA) Director. As the MERLA Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, systems, and tools to track the progress and effectiveness of our programs and interventions.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting evaluations to assess program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies for enhancing program impact. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and organizational learning.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in program evaluation, monitoring, and learning. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Prior experience working in a similar capacity in the field of international development is highly desirable.
