Job Description
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Recruitment and Selection: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop effective strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development plans. Coach and support managers in effectively managing employee performance.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
