Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Management Accounting/Financial Accounting/Accounting Technology/Accounting Management
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in Account Payable, receivable and expense process
- Knowledgeable in accounts receiving management and general accounting is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
- Knowledgeable in Accounting software is an advantage
- Team Player, with strong attention to details
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality
- Flexible and can work under minimum supervision
- Pro-active, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Accounting Supervisor in carrying out different responsibilities in Accounting Department;
- Accounts payable monitoring, processing, recording including petty cash fund release and liquidations;
- Assist in the Account Receivables monitoring for collections and recording
- Inform clients on the delivery dates of ordered items released via trucking
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php18,00.00 per month
