Job Description
Brief Description of the Job：
1. In charge of material and supplies management
2. Ensure that necessary supplies are replenished and with enough stocks
3. Serve as HR Coordinator and report any HR-related concerns of the warehouse employees to the HR Head
4. Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor regarding any operations-related concerns
5. Other administrative tasks may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications：
1. At least 2 years of relevant experience
2. Graduate of any 4-year course
3. Very high attention to detail
4. Good communication skills, both written and oral
5. Highly organized and able to manage time wisely
6. Experience in purchasing, HR, and Admin is an advantage
7. Can build good interpersonal relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
