Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients? We are currently seeking a Key Accounts Specialist to join our team.
The Key Accounts Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing and expanding these relationships to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and retain key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand client needs and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
