Job Description
As a Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects within our company. You will be responsible for supporting project managers in all aspects of project administration, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues, reporting them to the project manager.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change requests, and other project-related documentation.
- Support project teams in administrative tasks, such as organizing travel arrangements and managing expense reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project administration or related roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
