Job Description
- Implements the database design while adhering to data quality standards in the implementation.
- Plans specific activities in the implementation of systems to ensure the timely completion of the assigned tasks.
- Provides technical consultancy and responds to error reports, problems, and questions. Analyzes DB scripts for problem resolution and performance optimization and supports ad hoc requests for data from various users.
- Makes recommendations to operational support for enhancements on data control and database design to improve accuracy of enterprise data.
- Contributes to planning for the organization and access of data.
- Supports development through the review and endorsement of data scripts for the deployment of new release application.
- Leads the data team in the DB programming for migration and conversion projects.
- Leads in the implementation of business intelligence and continuously improves information management.
- Acquires and develops knowledge of industry practice to develop new ways to use existing data and add business value.
- Participates in the planning for the implementation of data quality, monitoring of compliance data standards, review, and identification of quality improvement.
- Performs other tasks related to work required by the Immediate Superior.
