Job Description
- Coordinate schedules to accommodate changes to the teaching sessions
- Familiarize oneself with the platform to knowledgeably answer any queries from clients and troubleshoot in-session concerns
- Coordinate with teachers to cover emergency cancellations or booked sessions
- Monitor sessions to properly communicate with clients
- Solicit feedback on customer experience and analyze and document customer trends and preferences
- Report daily to Head Teachers and Operations
- Any other task related to giving customers the best experience possible
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php180,00.00 – Php265,00.00 per year
