Job Description
Qualifications:
- Experience in processing Statutory Remittance (SS, Philhealth & Pag Ibig)
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in local accounting
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred but not required
- Experience working as an Accountant processing PEZA and under BPO industry
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
Technical Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of Philippine Accounting and reporting
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Client Invoicing
- End to End Payroll using Company System
- Process Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Monitoring of Accounts Inbox queries
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Compliances (BIR, PEZA, SEC & LGU)
- Familiarity with Different BIR Forms (2550, 1701, 2316 etc)
- Journal Entries
- Disbursement & Invoicing for Australian Client & Philippines
