Job Description
Training and Marketing Professionals, Inc. (TMPI) is looking for a HR Operations Associate – Hybrid Work Set-Up.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a graduate of BS Business Management in Human Resource Development, BS Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least 1-year experience in HR and be knowledgeable in all facets of HR specifically on Payroll Management and HMO.
- With outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Computer literate with strong background handling MS Office, Google app, and other HR related software.
- With strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- With outstanding organizational and conflict management skills.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
