Job Description
Access Healthcare is currently hiring Medical Science graduates for our Blended (Voice and Back Office) Healthcare CSR account.
Tasks:
- Complete a full analysis of patients’ medical charts
- Conduct outbound calls to providers for authorization of medical procedures and to check on patient’s eligibility, benefits, and coverage
- Document call notes and take appropriate action on the revenue cycle system
- Communicate with insurance payers and nurse reviewers to discuss patients’ conditions
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Medical Science
- Available to start ASAP
- Able to work on a permanent night shift
- Excellent English communication skills

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
