Job Description
The Finance & Admin Services Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the office administration requirements of the Head Office Administration Department. Responsibilities include overseeing payment for service providers, supervising agency hired services, and providing assistance to the Chief Finance Officer and Vice President for Finance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Fresh graduates welcome, with a strong desire to hit the ground running and ability to learn quickly
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Finance and Admin Services assistance
- Strong critical thinking skills, sense of prioritization, organization, and impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people both internally and externally, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in Ortigas Center as part of a hybrid work arrangement
