Job Description
Required skills:
- Strong English communication & comprehension skills
- Experience managing International Accounts (B2B Account Management)
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Consumer electronics, Gaming Consoles, Small Home Appliances, Toys, or Laptops Sales
- Experience (min. 2 years).
- Managed end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to after-sales follow-up
- Have consistently met KPIs (Revenue, # of calls, deals closed, etc. specify monthly targets)
Preferred or Optional:
- Strong technology devices knowledge (as a hobby or because of prior experience)
- Managed accounts (US/CAN or LATAM) in the last 3 years
- Have followed SOPs, templates, and scripts to communicate with clients
- Experience managing a pipeline of 100+ accounts
- Proficient in managing emails and making phone calls to communicate with accounts
- Very comfortable with messaging tools (WhatsApp, Skype, etc.) to communicate with accounts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php60,00.00 per month
