Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers with their travel-related inquiries and concerns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
- Providing information on travel itineraries, destinations, and travel-related products
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handling payment transactions and processing refunds
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of the travel industry. Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a travel agency or online travel platform, is preferred.
