Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue RFP/RFQ document to obtain proposal and quotation in coordination with project team for large scale projects.
- Interface with partners/vendors/subcontractors for RFP/RFQ process to ensure timely submission of proposals/quotations.
- Analyze SWOT of each partner/vendor/subcontractor and report findings to Project Manager.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of supply contracts and subcontract agreements in coordination with Project Manager and Internal legal representative.
- Coordinate with procurement team for internal approval and issuing Purchasing Orders.
- Plan and coordinate with suppliers on delivery timeline and methodology aligned with project schedule.
- Monitor vendor delivery and report any delays to Project Manager.
- Coordinate with logistics companies for international transportation/importation, customs clearance, and domestic delivery to project sites.
- Ensure proper operation of the warehouse, including inventory management.
- Create and implement delivery plans and methodologies for goods.
- Record all transactions and deliveries for tracking purposes.
- Record, monitor, and address incident/accident reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate/bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Procurement or Logistics functions and procedures.
- Business Understanding: Understanding of Business Operations, logistic and Procurement procedures.
- Sourcing and Procurement Techniques.
- Business Contract Interpretation.
- Negotiation and Networking.
- Collecting and Data Analysis.
- Microsoft Office Administration.
Employment Type: Project Based (12 months)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
