Job Description
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of strategic social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, visuals, and multimedia assets tailored for specific social media channels to promote our financial products/services and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing staff to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives, targets, and KPIs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights, recommendations, and optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to foster brand loyalty and customer engagement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, such as agencies and influencers, to amplify social media efforts and leverage cross-promotional opportunities.
- Enhance CASH DAY Philippines Corp.’s image and reputation through strategic storytelling, branding, and content creation on social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
