Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Overall coordinator of the ins and outs of the project. Will serve as the producer or “showrunner” of the account that he/she will be handling.
- Operates as the point of contact for designated clients.
- Should be detail-oriented + customer-oriented.
- Monitors and tracks client account metrics and makes sure to achieve KPIs/Goals.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Documentation of requested, onboarded, and fulfilled tasks that came from the client.
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with current clients and possibly new ones (Upselling and Sold New).
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in Advertising and PR or related industry is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- An independent worker that works well on a team and can be proactive and a self-starter.

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
