Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Executive Assistant with Construction Project Management experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives remotely, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and projects.

Your main responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing meeting agendas and materials, managing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Additionally, you will utilize your construction project management experience to assist in project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also essential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a remote setting
  • Construction project management experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
