Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Key Accounts Agent. As a Key Accounts Agent, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities will include managing client portfolios, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in sales or account management, with a proven track record of achieving targets and building successful client relationships. Attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently are also essential.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided
