Job Description
As an E-Commerce Platform Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our online retail platform. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing the e-commerce platform, ensuring its performance and stability, and implementing new features and enhancements to provide an exceptional customer experience.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to identify opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and system integrations.
