Job Description
GreatSource Corporation is currently looking for Remediation Specialists (Tele-collector) for our main branch located in Bangkal, Makati.
Job Type:
- Compensation: Commission-based + Financial Assistance + Incentives
- Full-time (Day shift; NO graveyard shift)
- Office based (Bangkal, Makati)
Job Description:
- Contact and communicate with customers through phone calls.
- Advise and provide flexible payment terms for the customer.
- Close deals through collection of payment.
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate
- Experience in credit or lending collection is preferred but not required
- Can greatly deal with different types of customers
- Keen to details and customer-oriented
- Target driven
