Job Description
Access Healthcare is currently seeking REGISTERED NURSES to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will include evaluating the appropriateness and necessity of medical treatment through Prior Authorization and Utilization Management review process. You will play a vital role in promoting quality, outcome-based medical care while delivering world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient, and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate the authorization process for services requiring payer guidelines.
- Manage oral and written communication related to authorization activity.
- Provide coverage for schedules and pending cases for all assigned payer groups.
- Obtain authorization for specific medical procedures, prescription of drugs, or modification of drugs for existing medications (cancer institute).
Qualifications:
- Must be a registered nurse with an active license.
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience.
- Experience in Oncology and Hematology is a definite advantage.
- At least 1 year of BPO experience.
- Willingness to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig.
- Available to start on December 15.
