Job Description
A Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients or accounts of a company. This crucial role involves serving as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring their satisfaction with the products or services provided.
The Key Accounts Manager is expected to develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and drive business growth. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
In addition, the Key Accounts Manager will analyze market trends, competitors, and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer experience and increasing market share.
