Job Description
- Capacity Planning and Workforce Planning skills
- Analytical Skills to look into data and extract insights
- Workforce Management Experience
- Effective Communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships within the team and with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience in Clarify or other workforce management tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: Php30,711.43 – Php45,745.30 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
