Job Description
About the Position
The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for:
- Learning standards of quality for footwear manufacturing required by our clients and partner brands
- Identifying issues with quality, reporting to immediate superior, and coordinating with the client
- Assisting Finishing Staff in sorting out and fixing quality issues
- Checking all products coming out of the production before delivery
- Monitoring details of Job Orders to match actual items being produced and catching errors before proceeding to the next station/process
- Checking if the Delivery Receipt matches the Production Order and the actual items being delivered
Job Requirements
- Be very meticulous with details
- Be able to work well under pressure and time constraints without compromising the quality of work
- Be able to multitask and adapt to changing demands of clients on a daily basis
- Be able to communicate effectively in both English and Filipino (spoken and written)
- Be able to work well with people of diverse backgrounds and ages
- Be comfortable working with mobile messaging apps (FB messenger, Viber, Whatsapp)
- Be willing to be trained and patient to learn, especially from mistakes
This is a full-time or part-time position with a permanent contract. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional work on Saturdays.
Location: Malanday, Marikina
Salary: Php500.00 – Php750.00 per day
