Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Operations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the studio
- Ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Coordinating schedules and resources for various production teams
- Hiring, training, and managing studio staff
- Overseeing equipment maintenance and upgrades
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols
- Collaborating with clients and addressing their needs
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and leadership skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in studio operations or production management is highly preferred.
