Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Saas company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve product or service-related issues by investigating the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Saas products is a plus.
- Ability to work from home and maintain a productive work environment.
