Job Description
The SAP Monitoring Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the SAP systems to ensure their optimal functionality and performance. They are in charge of identifying and resolving any issues or errors that may occur in the SAP landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the SAP systems and interfaces to detect any issues or deviations from the defined performance parameters.
- Analyzing system logs, error messages, and performance data to identify root causes of problems.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve system issues.
- Implementing and maintaining monitoring tools and processes.
- Proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems and modules.
- Experience in SAP system monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in utilizing monitoring tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
